Anna Goodship
Managing Director
Anna has vast experience across a variety of sectors, incorporating both accountancy practice as well as industry. She is conscientious, organised and driven to achieve high standards. She is complimented for her personable, proactive and solution orientated approach and has a proven ability to work with a wide range of individuals, with a multitude of requirements – ranging from planning and driving strategy with key stakeholders to managing a multi-level team. Her key strengths include excellent communication skills, as well as having the ability to drive improvement and implementation of processes and change management.
Before incorporating Concinnity Consultancy, Anna worked as Finance Director for a group of companies with turnover in excess of £150m, sitting on a Board of 8 members and leading a team of 14. Anna contributed to the directing of the businesses through several years of rapid growth, where in 2014 one of the businesses was awarded a place in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100 awards.
Anna has a wide range of business experience, working within both large and small companies. She completed her accountancy training at a small firm of accountants in Bath where, following qualification, she then worked in the Corporate Finance team for 3 years. The practice then merged with a Top Ten firm where Anna managed the accounts team as well as a diverse portfolio of clients for several years.
Anna is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and has a BSc degree. She enjoys exercise and socialising as well as spending time with family and friends.

I have been lucky enough to work with Anna over the last 3 years and she has been a huge asset to our team. The finance team that was hired by the acquirer provided such great feedback after we completed due diligence, they said it was one of the best financial models and supporting accounts they had seen and that we were responsive and open with all answers to their queries. I can honestly say Anna was critical to our successful completion of the financial due diligence phase. As a result of her expertise, sector knowledge, quick-thinking, and accounting skills we were successfully acquired! Although we are part of a larger organisation now, Anna is critical to our monthly accounting processes.
