The finance team that was hired by the acquirer provided such great feedback after we completed due diligence, they said it was one of the best financial models and supporting accounts they had seen and that we were responsive and open with all answers to their queries. I can honestly say Anna was critical to our successful completion of the financial due diligence phase. As a result of her expertise, sector knowledge, quick-thinking, and accounting skills we were successfully acquired!
Although we are part of a larger organisation now, Anna is critical to our monthly accounting processes. She’s been able to swiftly navigate the new processes that our owners have implemented and once again, is helping me learn.
